Bond will monitor your location until we confirm you've safely arrived at your destination. If you don't arrive within the ETA, or happen to deviate from your route, we'll check in with you and, if need be, escalate the situation to your emergency contact. If you seem unsafe, we'll even coordinate with first responders until they get to you, critical if you're in a high-alert scenario unable to speak to 911 yourself. Bond will send authorities key information like your photo and GPS coordinates so they can potentially reach you faster.
If you think that trouble might arise and you want to put a Security Agent on standby, use our Ready An Agent service. Just press and hold the Ready An Agent button on your Bond app. Back at the Command Center, a Personal Security Agent will be on alert. When you release the button, you'll be connected with an Agent who can assist you. If you don't respond, we'll coordinate with the authorities.
When you tap Video Monitor Me, a Personal Security Agent will quickly be by your side via live video. They'll know to immediately begin monitoring you and your surroundings. Keep the Agent with you until you feel safe again. If the situation escalates, our Agent will advise you or coordinate with the authorities if necessary.
